Deliveringpromises¹⁹

Age: 6| Weight: 11-0| J: Mr Alex Ferguson⁽⁷⁾| T: Joanne Thomason-Murphy

50/1

Faller in a point-to-point and then only modest form in two starts under Rules. First run for almost two years when beaten a very long way at Southwell last month and impossible to fancy.

Form: F26/7

Eyehaveagoodidea^t²³

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: James Bowen⁽³⁾| T: P & M Bowen

4/6

Son of Black Sam Bellmay. Made a pleasing start when second on debut at Uttoxeter (2m, good) three weeks ago. Very talented rider claims a valuable 3lbs here and is likely to be tough to beat.

Form: 2

Scaffold

Age: 5| Weight: 11-0| J: Tom Buckley⁽¹⁰⁾| T: N J Hawke

10/1

Apple Tree gelding. First foal, dam is an unraced half-sister to useful hurdlers and chasers Violin Davis & Synthe Davis. Rider claims handy 10lbs and market good guide on debut.

Form:

Andapa²⁹

Age: 4| Weight: 10-11| J: Harry Reed⁽⁵⁾| T: M Roberts

15/8

Sprung a 50/1 shock when winning really nicely on debut at Plumpton, staying on really strongly to the line. Will be interesting to see if she can back that up here and has obvious claims once more.

Form: 1

Little Robin

Age: 6| Weight: 10-7| J: Charlie Hammond⁽⁵⁾| T: L Hurley

33/1

Robin Des Pres mare that cost just €2,000 as a three-year-old. Taken a long time to get her to the track and pedigree suggests this trip maybe on the sharp side.

Form:

Molly Whuppie

Age: 5| Weight: 10-7| J: Emma Smith-Chaston⁽⁷⁾| T: J S Wainwright

66/1

Beat Hollow mare that only cost £800. Dam was unraced but was related to winners over much further than this. Likely to need the experience and further in time.

Form:

Non-Runners

Forecasts

Eyehaveagoodidea (4/6), Andapa (15/8), Scaffold (10/1), Little Robin (33/1), Deliveringpromises (50/1), Summitwillhappen (50/1), Molly Whuppie (66/1)

Not a strong bumper with two clear stand out contenders. Andapa won really well on debut at Plumpton and it will be really interesting to see if she can back that up and show it was no fluke. Preference today though is for EYEHAVEAGOODIDEA who shaped with lots of promise on debut and has the services of James Bowen this afternoon.
