Full brother to bumper/useful 2m4f-2m7f hurdle/chase winner Violon Davis, and came good at Wincanton last time out, getting the better of his more fancied stablemate Ringa Ding Ding with ease. Appears to face a simple task to follow up.
Point-to-point winner back in March 2017, and has some other useful form in the sphere as well, but not seen out for over 14 months now, and on that, can only be watched today. Faces a tough task.
Has run respectably in the face of some stiff tasks this year, and might find some of the opposition here less taxing, but even so, looks booked for the places at best.
Faded out of things pretty quickly on her latest start at Sedgefield but did at least complete, which she hadn't managed previously. No realistic chance here.
Forecasts
Stradivarius Davis (4/9), Manhattan Spring (2/1), Lively Article (16/1), Beyond The Stars (66/1)
This, barring accidents, should go to STRADIVARIUS DAVIS, an easy winner last time out and despite a penalty to carry, this is no harder. Manhattan Spring and Lively Article look most likely to follow him home, in that order.
