Talented handicapper (ten-time winner; 20% strike rate), and a previous C&D scorer, but plenty on here at the weights turned out quickly after a run at Doncaster on Saturday evening.
Rock-solid sprinter who is tough and hardy and no stranger to competitive races (beaten less than 1L in the Group 3 Chipchase Stakes in 2017). Made all when winning a similar race on his penultimate start at Thirsk; leading contender.
Arguably strongest over 7f, but fine over this trip on a stiff track and has posted two solid placed efforts in Group company this season already, including when beaten ¾L by Brando in the Abernant Stakes at Newmarket in April (good).
In good order early on last season after a productive AW campaign, so probably needed his first start this term after a winter break. Just failed to run down Zac Brown in a 6f Chelmsford handicap latest, but this is a sterner test.
Improving three-year-old who holds a Group 1 Commonwealth Cup entry. Winner of a valuable Doncaster Sales race on his final start as a juvenile in September 2017 (6f+ good to soft). Unexposed, but has work to do against those more experienced.

Sir Dancealot (5/6), Laugh A Minute (2/1), Kimberella (11/2), Visionary (22/1), Classic Seniority (40/1), Eternalist (100/1)
A smashing race for a midweek card in Scotland, so all credit to the Hamilton Park executive. Laugh A Minute is the unexposed three-year-old who is capable of better (Commonwealth Cup entry probably a shade optimistic), but he meets some battle hardened horses which include the former top level handicapper Kimberella. He should figure prominently in the shake up, but SIR DANCEALOT has produced two fine efforts so far this season in Group company at Newmarket and York and with winning form over further (7f) is likely to be bounding up the Hamilton Park hill.
- Sir Dancealot
- Kimberella
- Laugh A Minute
