Placed in a bumper on good-to-soft ground last September. Well held in both starts over hurdles however and probably best watched at present.

100/1
Well beaten in a couple of bumpers most recently in a first time hood (retained) at Newton Abbot (2m1f, good) last month. Best watched on hurdles debut.
Failed to trouble the judge in two bumpers and it was a similar story when pulled up on hurdling debut at Exeter (soft) in April. Dropping in trip for this.

80/1
Limited signs of ability in three starts in bumpers when partnered by an amateur rider. Making her hurdling debut on this occasion.
Pulled up in a bumper on sole start for Ron Hodges and well beaten in a novices' selling hurdle at Stratford (good) on debut for current yard. More needed here.

11/8
Point-to-point and bumper winner who was disqualified having been first past the post in a Listed mares bumper at Aintree (good-to-soft) in October. Placed at that level since and one for the shortlist on hurdling debut.
Three time Flat winner and contesting Listed races in that sphere when last in action last September. Purchased for €28,000 subsequently and is one to note on hurdling bow.
Beaten 10L when finishing third of seven in a 2m4f maiden hurdle at Wincanton (heavy) in April. Pulled up since and others have more obvious claims.

Horse silk
3/1
Dual point-to-point winner in 2017 and ran well to finish runner-up at Kempton (2m5f, good) on hurdles debut last month. Drop in trip not certain to suit on this occasion.

Horse silk
100/1
Well beaten in three outings on the Flat and it's been a similar story since switched to hurdles. Others make more appeal.
12
Horse silk
66/1
Struggled in three outings to date including over hurdles the last twice. Likely to be of more interest once tackling handicaps.
Placed in a bumper on good ground last September but struggled in a bumper and five Flat starts since. Making her debut over obstacles in this.

9/2
Career best effort when finishing runner-up off a mark of 102 on handicap debut at Perth (2m, good) last time out. Returning from a break that day and interesting to see how she fares back in maiden company.
15
Horse silk
50/1
12 race maiden on the Flat and well beaten off a mark of 45 at Dundalk in March on her last appearance in that sphere. Debuting over hurdles and for a new yard.
16
Horse silk
250/1
Pulled up in a bumper on debut and tailed off at Wincanton (good) on her most recent bumper start. Probably best watched on hurdling debut.

Forecasts

Grageelagh Girl (11/8), Massini's Dream (3/1), Inessa (4/1), Silk Run (9/2), Cautorillo (40/1), Lady Wethered (40/1), Lamh Ar Lamh (50/1), Shadow's Girl (66/1), Never Go Short (66/1), Delayed Reaction (80/1), Flow From Devon (100/1), Arthur's Queen (100/1), Dancing Hearts (100/1), Morning Sequel (100/1), Dawn's Little Lady (250/1), Princess Midnight (250/1)

Verdict

GRAGEELAGH GIRL brings some strong bumper form into this contest and is taken to get off the mark at the first time of asking over hurdles for trainer Fergal O'Brien. Inessa was a useful performer on the Flat for her previous trainer and she can finish runner-up on hurdling debut while Perth runner-up Silk Run can get the better of Massini's Dream in the battle for third.
  1. Grageelagh Girl
  2. Inessa
  3. Silk Run
