Fastnet Rock gelding. Half-brother to three winners, including high-class 1m-2m winner Fiorente and useful winner up to 6f Masada. Market will reveal more on debut outing.
A year since he was last spotted on the track, finishing last in a 7f maiden at Cork. Hard to be confident of a vastly different outcome now.
Thrice-raced Frozen Power gelding, sent off 100/1 and failed to beat a rival home in a 5f Tipperary maiden on good ground almost a year ago. Up in trip for this return.
Cape Cross colt, has shaped with promise in pair of AW maidens at Dundalk and should be able to play a role in this with cheekpieces going on for the first time.
Lord Shanakill colt must improve on form shown at Dundalk in 1m AW maiden in November if hoping to strike a blow in this.
Shamardal gelding has made the frame in all three starts so far, latest when second over this trip at Cork (good to soft) last month. Likely to be thereabouts again.
Oasis Dream colt, finished fifth of 11 in maiden at Navan (1m2f, soft) on debut in April having been supported in the betting. Should be able to build on that run.
Pour Moi gelding, seventh of 20 in maiden at Leopardstown (8f, good) on debut 9 days ago having been forced to make up plenty ground. Likely improver for Weld yard.

Understate (9/4), Cockalorum (11/4), Shifted Strategy (11/4), Tremendous Leap (3/1), Wentwood (4/1), Charcor (12/1), Patriot Affair (25/1), Desert Isle (50/1), Mujaafy (66/1), Rebel Power (100/1)
TREMENDOUS LEAP has looked a useful prospect in three starts so far and his consistency should be rewarded this time with a breakthrough win following a positive second at Cork last time behind the smart-looking El Greco. Cockalorum looks to head the dangers on his AW efforts while Wentwood, Charcor and Understate are potential improvers capable of getting involved and make more appeal than the hit and miss Shifted Strategy.
- Tremendous Leap
- Cockalorum
- Wentwood
