Shaped with promise in three Irish point-to-points and interesting to note his yard was back among the winners last week. Worth noting in the betting.
Eighth of nine on debut and big improvement required after that less than inspiring racecourse debut at Chepstow. No obvious excuses for quickly fading on that occasion and others preferred this time around.
Both previous starts have been modest effort and needs to learn how to setter better if he is going to play a part in races of this nature. Hard to fancy on the evidence available.
Top yard and jockey combination obviously catches the eye there was a good bit to like about the way the gelding made up ground last time out. Met a potentially decent type on that occasion and no surprise if this fellow gives the form a boost here.
Bred to get a bit further than this and looks a long term prospect. Yard doing well just now, however, and still merits an interest in a weak race. Place claims if he lives up to the billing.
Ran freely in the early stages of his debut and possibly burnt himself out as a result. Still, he's likely to be wiser for the run and this €80,000 purchase would be dangerous to underestimate.
Cost €5,000 and is related to several winners abroad. Yard highly respected and has a good, healthy strike-rate in bumpers. Well worth keeping tabs on in the betting.
Flat-bred mare who makes very limited appeal after finishing last in both previous starts and not hard to overlook on that evidence.
Yard going well and breeding suggest the filly, who's dam was placed in a bumper, can be placed to good effect. Worth a betting check but others make more appeal just now.

The Phillip Hobbs/Richard Johnson combination is always tough to ignore in modest races and the partnership looks set to hold the aces with EARTH MOOR after his near miss last time out. The gelding came up against a horse of decent potential on that occasion and can boost the worth of the form if capable of using it as a platform. Easter Rocket and well-related mare,Cardigan Bay, appeal the most out of the modest bunch drawn together to oppose. Jessica Rabbit is another to note for signs of support in the betting.
