Quite possibly needed her comeback run although she was strong in the market after just failing to complete a hat-trick last year. Both of her wins last term came over a mile so there are no trip worries; wide draw a hindrance.

Trainer has a good record in handicaps here and this one once again showed useful form on her seasonal reappearance at Ascot. Only lightly-raced but always runs to a good level when she does make the track; still on a good mark.

Had gone 2/2 in a maiden/minor event but appeared to be found out on her handicap debut (0-90) at Salisbury over 2f further. That test looked too much for her in the grade and this trip will suit better; mark still looks rather testing.

Fairly useful in handicaps on her day but only successful once last year and does need things to go her way. She has dropped below her last winning mark but her two runs this year have been poor (both over 6f).

Quirky sort whose slow start was to blame for her poor position in the race last time that saw her beaten. Displayed some other quirks on her comeback run and may not be totally straightforward; looks in need of some headgear.

Was below form on her first run in this age group at Ripon last time with the 1m2f looking too much of a test. May well find a return to 1m more suitable but looks to have some work to do from her current mark.

Dynamic (6/4), Exhort (5/2), Fayrouz Rose (10/3), Isabella (8/1), Starlight Mystery (12/1), Forever A Lady (16/1), Alexandrakollontai (33/1)

Verdict

The William Haggas yard have a good record here especially with their handicappers and although DYNAMIC doesn’t look the easiest to train when she does get to the track a good performance usually ensues. This looks a little easier than some of her recent exploits and she should be able to conquer Isabella who looked to need her run last time despite going off a 9/2 favourite. Fayrouz Rose ought to enjoy this sharper test a little more while Exhort would be of interest if her quirks can get kept in check.
