Dark Angel colt. Dam a winner up to 7f (including over this trip at two), half-sister to useful 1m-1m6f winner Swivel. Market can reveal more on debut chances.
Siyouni colt cost £85,000 as a yearling, Fahey team doing well with juveniles so far this term (21% strike rate) so worth paying some attention here.

Fanaar (11/10), Alnasherat (9/2), Tzar Nicholas (5/1), Sword Of Gold (7/1), Liberation Day (16/1), Glorious Dane (16/1), Almurr (20/1), Critical Data (33/1), Harribo (33/1), Purgatory (50/1), Prince Llyr (66/1)
Only two of these have run, so the market will make for an essential guide, but there is lots to like about FANAAR on his Newmarket debut. The Dark Angel colt shaped with promise despite getting outpaced at a crucial stage, he'll have learned from that and the winner has since gone close in Listed company at Sandown. He ought to be winning soon. Amongst the newcomers worth noting are Alnasherat, Glorious Dane and Liberation Day.
- Fanaar
- Alnasherat
