Off the mark over C&D last time out. Improved for the step up to this trip but it was only a narrow win, and the penalty he carries won't make things easy for him.
Has run well on all three of his starts so far. Should be getting off the mark sooner rather than later and is a danger to all stepping up in trip, with the ground unlikely to be an issue for him.
Anodin colt who cost €67,000 as a yearling and is a half-brother to two-year-old winner Aventure Love. Worth a check in the market ahead of this debut.
Heeraat yearling who cost £48,000 as a yearling. First foal of his dam and not an enormous amount to go on in terms of pedigree, but this yard often does well with two-year-olds.
Ran well on debut especially given she didn't enjoy a clear passage through the race. Extra furlong shouldn't be an issue and she could well play a part in the closing stages of this.
Forecasts
I Am A Dreamer (11/4), Moyassar (4/1), Jfoul (5/1), Broken Spear (7/1), Showu (15/2), Pacino (15/2), Julius Limbani (12/1), Ventura Bay (12/1)
It may pay to side with experience here, and perhaps this could be BROKEN SPEAR's chance to get off the mark. He's run well on all three of his starts so far and this step up in trip is unlikely to do his chances any harm given the way he's kept on in his previous races. He can see off Showu, who should be able to perform better than she did on debut at Ascot, while Jfoul represents an interesting newcomer..
