MOUNTAIN ANGEL resumed this season with an impressive victory and he is taken to follow-up that success in this concluding contest. The selection has to defy a 9lb rise in the weights but looks capable of doing so and in the process improving on his trainers 20% strike-rate (7/35) in recent weeks. Kynren would probably prefer the ground softer than is forecast here but he has won on a sound surface in the past and can finish second ahead of Fastar who was the winner of his final two starts last year.
