Cost £105,000 at Tatts Cheltenham sales last year after showing promise in a point-to-point. Perfectly solid first effort when third at Southwell, yard 1-4 with bumper runners here last five years and looks one of the more likely ones.
Penny was dropping late on his debut at Lingfield and he ran on late in the day, but a backwards step on latest start when well beaten at Huntingdon. Yard rarely have winners in these races and not hard to look elsewhere.
Plenty of hurdles and chase winners on the dam's side, yard do get a few bumper winners (1-12 here) but in general, are happy to let them find their feet as they go along. Others preferred.
Half-brother to classy French hurdler Gemix, and should have enough speed for this test on debut. Yard 5-13 with their bumper runners here last five years and he looks one of the more likely ones today.
Second in a little point-to-point at Garthorpe in April isn't a bad start, but yard yet to have a winner in this sphere and may find others quicker today.
Didn't stay with Willie Mullins for long, one run at Clonmel when a well beaten short-priced favourite and now in the hands of Ian Williams. Nicely bred though, and may well do better here. Yard just 1-16 here in bumpers.
Half-sister to the useful hurdler and recent chase winner Malapie, which gives an indication of where her future lies. Would only be of interest if strong in the market.
