Outclassed latest two starts but fairly handicapped for chase debut today based on his hurdles win at Worcester last September. Ground and trip ideal, so chances if he can jump fluently here.

Size and scope for chasing, useful form when a neck second to Kalondra at Worcester last year and looks th sort to do okay over fences this term. Question of fitness after an absence but not ruled out.

Has some reasonable efforts in good quality handicap hurdles to his name, although you have to go back a couple of years to find his last win. Trip and ground fine and handicapper relenting a bit, so chances on chase debut here.

Consistent enough but finds winning quite tough, and both victories have come on soft ground. May find others a bit classier here and having fallen at the first on chase debut last December, others make more appeal.

Point-to-point winner last year and connections wasting little time in getting him over fences under Rules. Shown little so far but bred for the job and may improve plenty on chase debut today. Interesting.

Knew how to win over hurdles and possibly a bit unlucky on chase debut for this yard when unseating at Kempton (hampered, not at fault). On a good mark, trip and ground both ideal and may go well if none the worse for that experience.

Low grade on the Flat and over hurdles, doing little to suggest he's up to this task and hardly bred for the job either. Others make more appeal.

Certainly up to this class over hurdles but it's been a tale of woe for some time now, and despite wind surgery performed no better last time. Canbreak blood vessels, new headgear tried now but very risky.

Forecasts

Floresco (7/2), Destiny's Gold (4/1), Everybody's Talkin (9/2), Celestial Magic (11/2), Allelu Alleluia (7/1), Boy In A Bentley (7/1), Wildmoor Boy (10/1), Sea's Aria (25/1)

Verdict

The likes of Everybody's Talkin and Allelu Allelula may both leave their hurdles form well behind now tackling fences but at this stage, preference is for BOY IN A BENTLEY who was in the process of running a good race at Kempton when, through little fault of his own, he unseated his rider. Compensation may await him here.
  1. Boy In A Bentley
  2. Everybody's Talkin
  3. Allelu Alleluia
