Third of seven behind the consistent Lord Erskine earlier this month is solid form but the step up to 2m3f is a little puzzling.
Ran well in a couple of handicap hurdles at the end of a summer jumping campaign last year before disappointing towards the end of the year at Downpatrick and Galway. Could possibly need the run on return.
Failed to build on a promising run at Bellewstown in July last year when disappointing connections in a Leopardstown handicap hurdle over 2m2f. Looks a tall order on form shown.
Pulled up on second chase start when detached from the field at Cork when last seen in November. Well out of her depth in this company.
Well beaten and never nearer in two career handicap hurdle displays beaten a total of 75L. Off the track since November and very little to be positive about.
Modest Indian Danehill gelding who was well beaten in a couple of maiden hurdle starts when last September before weakening before two out here over C&D on heavy ground last month. Watching brief for now.
Without a win in ten hurdle starts and a 16-race maiden overall and requires a chunk of improvement to play a role here.
Plenty of encouragement in a number of hurdling displays over further including a third of 10 beaten 10½L earlier this month in a Killarney maiden. Enters calculation here with a repeat run.
Has struggled to find anything extra in three handicap hurdles since the beginning of April including a 36L defeat at Tipperary earlier this month. Liable to find a couple stronger in this contest.
Has looked completely out of form in two handicap hurdle starts beaten a total of 119L at Thurles and Cork last month. Hard to place any faith in.
Poor 45-rated Flat handicapper who was seen finishing last of 19 beaten over 104L at Down Royal in his last handicap hurdle in May last year. Well beaten on the Flat and over the larger obstacles since and may find this tough.
Has failed to halt an alarming slide in form including a 28L defeat at Cork in November and a 27L collapse in a Tramore handicap hurdle last month. Could go well but may find a couple stronger in this contest.
Last of 12 and 10th of 11 beaten 26L when back over hurdles after a couple of unsuccessful spins in point-to-points following a surprise third of 12 beaten 8L at 66/1. Very little to be positive about.
Slight improvement finishing fifth of 14 beaten 8½L in a Ballinrobe handicap hurdle over 2m5½f earlier this month but it is doubtful if there is much more to come.
Improved for a couple of runs last year and will need to once again following a 73L defeat when finishing eighth of 16 on return to the track in a Ballinrobe handicap hurdle earlier this month.
Not seen since finishing seventh of 16 beaten 29L in a Fairyhouse handicap hurdle in November last year and unlikely to trouble the judge following a lay-off of six months.
First Reserve: Won a bumper at Killarney last May but has been beaten a very long way in her three maiden hurdle runs before a 24L setback on return to the track earlier this month at Tipperary on handicap debut. Hard to fancy.
Third Reserve: Went well in a couple of starts around the turn of the year but couldn't keep the run going when disappointing here over 3m when beaten 50L finishing ninth of 14 last month. First time hood may assist.
