Did well last term wining three times at up to 1m. Started this campaign with a quiet run here last month but should strip fitter off 1lb lower mark and is certainly respected with top jockey on board.
Seven wins to his name at between 5f-7f but looked a doubtful stayer on turf at this trip when well beaten at Ripon last month. No shown in Victoria Cup (7f) last week and others are preferred.
Progressed well last term wining three of his six starts at 7f. Stayed on well at that trip on reappearance at Kempton last month and definitely worth a go over the mile. Still feasibly handicapped and should go well for top trainer.
6lb higher than good C&D win here in November. Had no chance from wide draw at Chester last week and is not without hope if return to happy hunting ground inspires him with fine jockey on board.
