Only modest form in point-to-points and improvement needed on what he has shown over hurdles so far. Needs to improve significantly.
Solid and consistent since returning to the track last month at Tramore and earlier this month at Tipperary when third of 20 behind the game Lord Erskine. Would not have to improve much to land a blow here.
Second at 50/1 in beginners chase here in December over 2m but remains a maiden after 23 outings 17 over timber.
C&D winner and much improved between the turn of the year and the first of the month before a mistake three out put paid to any chance he had in a Kilbeggan beginners chase last week.
Still in with a chance when falling two out at Naas in January and put a poor run behind him when finishing third of 14 at Thurles when last seen in March. Big player.
Has been noted making late gains from hopeless positions on her last couple of starts. Represents a shrewd outfit and she would be one to be wary of if supported.
Modest in three point-to-point starts and finished well behind on three maiden hurdle starts this year. Plenty to find in this contest.
Appeared to be going the right way on penultimate start but disappointing since on softer ground. Encouraging run when last seen here in November and just may need the spin on return to the track.
117-rated chaser in December who is a distance winner who goes well in field of this size and has to be respected on current hurdle mark
Chasing career looks to have been put on hold already following a disappointing run when last seen at Wexford in October. One win from 18 hurdle starts doesn't stir the confidence.
Distance winner but well beaten and never nearer on return to the track and hurdling in a Fairyhouse handicap last month before a promising fourth of 20 beaten 3L behind Ejayteekay. Could be capable of having his say here.
Has put together a couple of encouraging runs at Tramore and in a Wexford handicap hurdle on return to the track earlier this month over 2m. Place claims.
First-time blinkers are tried for a mare who was well beaten when last seen in a Galway handicap hurdle in October. Unreliable and easy to discount.
Popular veteran but his best days seem to be behind him now and ended up behind a couple of these in the Down Royal contest won by Ejayteekay earlier this month. Hard to fancy.
Only got as far as the first on stable debut in a Roscommon beginners chase earlier this month. One from 21 over hurdles and difficult to make a case for the mare here.
modest 51-rated Flat handicapper on the AW at Dundalk last seen over timber when beaten 83L in a Bellewstown handicap hurdle in August. Unlikely to play a part in the finish.
Has been plying his trade at Dundalk on the AW recently where he is a very modest 45-rated Flat handicapper. 13-race maiden over hurdles and best avoided here.
First Reserve: Dual course winner who has been terribly out of form since the turn of the year and first-time blinkers unlikely to make any difference.

COTTONVALE can build on his two promising starts in the last month at Tramore and at Tipperary when third of 20 behind the game Lord Erskine to land the spoils here for trainer Eoin Doyle. C&D winner Rock On Barney, the Thomas Gibney-trained Stoughan Cross, the improving Dundeedy Lad and the front-running Our Pocket Rocket all need consideration and are capable of hitting the frame.
