9/2
Keen when finishing fifth in a Carlisle bumper on soft ground when making his debut last month. Interesting to see how he fares now sent hurdling.
Well held in a couple of bumpers during the autumn and probably best watched on his first start over hurdles.

6/1
Placed in a couple of bumpers last year but well beaten last of eight on soft ground hurdling debut at Huntingdon in February. Better ground forecast here should suit.

Placed in a Newton Abbot bumper on good ground in October 2016 but struggled since and pulled up on heavy ground in an Exeter novice hurdle last time.

Forecasts

Deyrann de Carjac (2/5), Finley's Eyes (9/2), Rebel Commander (6/1), Ey Up Rocky (13/2), Sgroppino (18/1), Gaucho (40/1)

Verdict

DEYRANN DE CARJAC can register his first victory at the third time of asking over hurdles and in the process improve on Alan King's useful 21% strike-rate (5/24) in recent weeks. Rebel Commander can put a disappointing effort last time out behind him with better ground forecast here while hurdling newcomer Finley's Eyes can finish third.
  1. Deyrann de Carjac
  2. Rebel Commander
  3. Finley's Eyes
