Paul Nicholls has dominated this race winning five out of the last six runnings and he looks to have a strong chance of improving those statistics with RINGA DING DING. He stepped up on his previous efforts when sent hurdling finishing third behind tow useful types and sets the standard here. Athreeothree is worth another chance have flopped on his debut although the ground may have been too testing and the ground and trip may be more to his liking now. Mister Serious hasn’t been easy to train but did look to have some ability on his first run over hurdles while the other Nicholls runner Stradivarius Davis can’t be totally ruled out despite his rather lacklustre displays so far.
