Has shown a professional attitude to land her two races. She beat Effervescence in the first of those and a line through that filly leaves her with a bit to find with Talaaqy unless she has improved at least 7lb.
Improved last season and signed off with two victories. Not disgraced when finding 1m2f too far on return, but there may be a better handicapped horse amongst the less exposed types.
Comes from a family the yard know well and she has been well placed to win two slowly run minor races. Takes another step up in distance and handicap mark is fair enough.
Yet to build on a promising Newmarket debut and the return to a faster surface may provide a turnaround opportunity. Related to an AW winner and bred to appreciate this trip.
Dam won a Group 3 for these connections and it took wind surgery to see her fulfil her potential last time. Left it late that day but bred to do better at this trip and she has the potential to prove better than her current mark.

Fountain Of Time (6/4), Talaaqy (11/4), No More Thrills (9/2), Mesquite (5/1), Melodies (10/1), Indicia (16/1), Zoraya (20/1)
Fountain Of Time and Tallaqy are unbeaten but the former has work to do from this mark and the latter has won two slowly run affairs. Melodies second start represents stronger form but she has to concede a fitness advantage and preference is for MESQUITE. Ralph Beckett's filly is well-bred and showed the benefit of a wind operation last time. She should be even better at this longer trip and the stable have been going well.
