Bangor bumper winner on good-to-soft ground in June last year but pulld up on hurdling and stable debut at Limerick (2m, heavy) in December. Returning from a break here.
Dual bumper winner including on yielding-to-soft over 2m3f at Cork in October. Wears a tongue tie for the first time on his first start since finishing sixth on hurdling debut the following month.
Placed in a point-to-point in February but well held on last months hurdling debut and others have a more obvious chance in this contest.
Placed three times from four starts over hurdles including when finishing third at Downpatrick (2m3f, good) in August last year. Returning from over eight months off the track.
Signs of promise when finishing fifth on debut at Wexford (2m, soft) in October but struggled at Punchestown three weeks later and probably best watched returning from a break.
Point-to-point winner but failed to complete on his last four outings in that sphere including when falling last time out. More needed on rules debut.
Unraced home-bred son of Fruits Of Love out of a bumper-placed mare. Probably best watched on his first racecourse appearance.
Failed to trouble the judge in six outings so far and beaten 25L in a Down Royal maiden hurdle when last in action back in September.
Unraced daughter of Kalanisi and a full-sister to four time point-to-point winner Kalastar. Worth a check in the market on her racecourse debut.
Well beaten sixth when making her debut in a Kilbeggan maiden hurdle last September. Others make more appeal in this contest.
Forecasts
Sally Park (2/1), First Class Ticket (9/4), Captain Zebo (7/2), As Sweet As Tea (10/1), First Class Return (11/1), Mon Storm (20/1), Makeyourcall (25/1), He's Fresh Tornado (50/1), Mehiv (50/1), Baby Tubs (50/1)
Trainer Andrew McNamara is in good form at present (2/5) and his representative in this maiden hurdle FIRST CLASS TICKET can make a winning seasonal debut. The selection placed on good ground last summer and is taken to get the better of his rivals here with Sally Park who was successful twice in bumper capable of claiming second. Of the remainder bumper winner Captain Zebo, a disappointment on heavy ground on hurdles debut should be suited by the better ground forecast here and he can claim third.
- First Class Ticket
- Sally Park
