€110,000 son of Teofilo and half-brother to three winners. Held a Derby entry in 2017 so should be capable of better than shown on his debut. That depends on whether wind surgery has cured some of the problems behind his absence..

Probably beat little of note here in October but he relished the surface and the yard's three-year-olds are in tremendous shape. Holds a Listed entry so every chance he has further improvement in the locker.

Upset a Godolphin hotpot at the turn of the year. An absence following a subsequent defeat confirms there were problems last time, but the fitting of blinkers raises a few alarms.

€110,000 son of Dawn Approach and related to three winners including Earl Of Leitrim. Looked backward when well-beaten on both juvenile starts and he needs to have wintered really well.

More Than Ready gelding, cost $120,000 as a yearling and 140,000 gns as a Breeze-Up purchase. Dam a Grade 2 winner. Yard's debutantes always respected but not a good sign he's already been gelded.

Intello gelding out of a 6f winner. Should handle the surface and yard had a couple of winners in midweek, but he is highly tried on debut.

Teofilo colt, brother or half-brother to four winners including a Listed winner. Pedigree suggests this trip will be needed as a minimum so plenty of improvement expected following a promising Newmarket debut when he got unbalanced in the dip.

Dubawi colt out of a Grade 1 winner in Canada, held an entry for the Derby before finishing last of ten on his Wolverhampton debut.

230,000 gns Dansili colt and a half-brother to 6f Group 3 winner Bye Bye Birdie as well as another winner over 7f. Ran into early trouble on debut and looked green. Should improve but he's in good company here.

Forecasts

Prabeni (8/11), Main Street (2/1), Roc Astrale (10/1), Temur Khan (14/1), Refrain (16/1), Guardsman (16/1), Roundabout Kitten (33/1), Allied (66/1), Phantom Warrior (100/1)

Verdict

Such is the form of the Stanley House three-year-olds that MAIN STREET is hard to oppose. He may have beaten little last time around here but this hardly looks any tougher. Prabeni showed promise on his debut and will be happier over this trip, whilst Temur Khan and Roc Astralehave claims of place money.
