Related to St Leger winner Lucarno and showed a smart turn of foot to win on his second start last season. Derby entrant who looked the type to excel at this distance and notable jockey booking. Stable also run Antonian.
Finished second in his last three starts on the AW including in a decent race last time. Should be thereabouts again back on turf.
Cost 140,000 gns as a yearling and looked likely to improve for the experience when green on debut. Showed enough promise for further down the line but likely to find this a tough race at this stage.
