Riddlestown^b⁷

Age: 11| Weight: 11-12| J: Fergus Gregory| T: C Fryer| OR: 110| C

2/1

Four course wins to his name at between 2m4f-3m and looked as though his turn may not be far away when good third at Southwell last week. Runs off same mark and looks a danger to all.

Form: 34PP33

Nickname Exit^p¹³

Age: 8| Weight: 11-8| J: Mr Jason Dixon⁽⁸⁾| T: Henry Oliver| OR: 106| D

4/1

Three wins in Ireland over hurdles for previous connections and ran with a little promise despite finishing last on first start for new yard. Longer trip here should help and worth keeping an eye on the betting market for last yera's winning yard.

Form: P0P63-5

Fight Commander^b³⁰

Age: 9| Weight: 11-7| J: Harrison Beswick⁽³⁾| T: O Sherwood| OR: 105| BF

11/8

Stays well and has run two sound races since returning from winter break. Trip may be on the short side but likely to be staying on when others are gasping for breath up the final climb.

Form: P2-4332

Some Finish⁴⁹

Age: 9| Weight: 10-0| J: Charlie Hammond| T: R Dickin| OR: 84| CD

9/2

Won over C&D in November but has run disappointingly in three starts since. Return to happy hunting ground may help but on balance others make more appeal.

Forecasts

Fight Commander (11/8), Riddlestown (2/1), Nickname Exit (4/1), Very Live (4/1), Some Finish (9/2), Bredon Hill Lad (11/2), Oneida Tribe (8/1), Gun Shy (14/1)

RIDDLESTOWN is fancied to return to winning ways having given every indication last time out that he was coming back to form. He likes it round here and has plenty going for him despite the steadier of top weight. Very Live is likely to be a danger after going close recently, and it would come as no surprise if Nickname Exit were to run considerably better this time than on his first start for new conenctions. Bredon Hill Lad and Flight Commander are also respected.
