Justified favouritism in a good ground mares contest over 2m at Cheltenham recently. Penalised for that success and she is one for the shortlist in this contest.

Forecasts

Sister Sibyl (11/8), Ozzie The Oscar (5/2), Tommy Silver (9/2), Space Oddity (8/1), Tree Of Liberty (10/1)

Verdict

TREE OF LIBERTY can put a surprise defeat last time out behind him by taking this novices' handicap chase. The selection won off a 7lb lower mark in February and looks capable of getting the better of the mare Sister Sibyl who was a winner on good ground recently. Tommy Silver drops in grade here having contested a Grade 3 last time out and he can claim third int his contest.
  1. Tree Of Liberty
  2. Sister Sibyl
  3. Tommy Silver
