Bumper winner DIAMOND GUY can get off the mark at the second attempt over hurdles by taking this novice hurdle race. The selection represents the in form stable of Paul Nicholls (9/42) and having won a bumper here in the past he can get the better of Shoal Bay who was last seen contesting a Grade 1 event at last months Cheltenham Festival. Sandown winner Irish Prophecy can claim third on his first outing of 2018.
