Listed handicap hurdle winner at Kempton (2m5f, soft) in January and ran well to finish fourth at Cheltenham subsequently. Cheekpieces worn that day are retained and he is a leading contender in this.
Successful in a handicap hurdle at Southwell (3m, good) in August and placed over fences at Sedgefield subsequently. Returning from a break in this.
Grade 3-placed at Ascot in January when wearing cheekpieces for the first time. Respectable seventh at Cheltenham subsequently and interesting to see how he fares in this.
Grade 1 bumper winner in 2015 and a promising novice last year. Struggled in handicaps this time around however and more needed if he's to take this.
Failed to complete in two of his three starts since winning on heavy ground at Haydock in December. Beaten 48L at Ascot last time out.
Dual novice hurdle winner in early 2016 and registered his first success since when winning a jumpers bumper at Southwell last time out. Interesting runner in this.
Well beaten sixth of seven on his return from a break at Newbury (soft) a month ago and remains on a mark 8lb higher than for his latest success.
Good second on soft ground at Bangor in November but pulled up next time out. Interesting to see how he performs following a break.
Had jumping issues since winning on heavy ground at Plumpton in January 2016. Making his debut for a new yard in this.
Finished runner-up twice since winning on good-to-soft ground at Catterick in February. Races off a mark 12lb higher than for his latest success but remains of interest despite being out of the handicap here.
Dual hurdles winner but well beaten at Kempton (2m5f, soft) in a first time hood (absent today) when last in action in December. Had wind surgery since her latest outing and racing from out of the handicap.
Finished third on good ground at Worcester (2m4f) in August. Well beaten softer surfaces since and should appreciate the forecast underfoot conditions. Racing from out of the handicap.

SOUL EMOTION impressed when winning on his first appearance for this yard and he can follow-up in what looks a competitive affair. The selection showed useful form in France and with Nicky Henderson's yard in good form (11/40) of late he looks capable of seeing off Tomngerry who finished a close fourth on his most recent appearance over hurdles. William Henry, a stablemate of the selection ran well in a highly competitive affair last time out and he can claim third in this.
