Camelot colt, cost 155,000 gns as a yearling. Half-brother to two winners over sprint trips. Dam a Listed winner up to a mile and half-sister to two Group winners. Looks bred for speedier tests than this and yards debutantes often need the run.

Sea The Stars colt, cost 200,000 gns as a foal. Half-brother to two winners and dam a winner and sister to a French Group 2 winner over this sort of trip and a Lsited winner over further. Makes appeal on paper but Dettori prefers Argentello.

Forecasts

Argentello (11/8), Nordic Lights (5/2), Bedouin's Story (4/1), Loveisili (8/1), Kasbaan (11/1), Elector (12/1), Raa Atoll (20/1), Caliburn (50/1), Astromachia (50/1)

Verdict

ELECTOR was an impressive winner at Ascot on debut and given he's bound to improve for the step up in trip, the Queen's runner could be the one to side with in a wide open heat. Loveisili is another well-bred sort and the market should reveal expectations on his debut here while Argentello is expected to improve from a promising debut last month and gets the vote from stable jockey Dettori over stablemate Raa Atoll.
  1. Elector
  2. Loveisili
  3. Argentello
