Twice a C&D winner his best effort came when winning here in February although he now has to carry a double penalty. Today's rider knows him well and negates some of his penalties; sets a good standard on official ratings.
Yard do well with this sort but he returns from a break here and may just lack the match sharpness of the top one. He'll be a tough opponent if he's ready to go and on ratings there isn't much between him and Bulkov.
His form in bumpers can only be called fair and no more ahead of his hurdles debut after three starts in that sphere. Pulled hard last time and needs to settle better to take a hand here.
Makes his hurdles debut having shown some useful form in the past on the Flat although well beaten in a seller when last seen. Might be rejuvenated by this test and one to watch in the market.
Previously useful on the Flat at up to 1m4f when with Ralph Beckett but he' shown very little for this yard so far. Third in a recent jumpers bumper but that would hardly be good enough form to trouble the principals here.
Two bumpers and two hurdles outings to his name and so far there has been more temperament than ability on display. Can only be watched.

Bulkov (4/7), Whoshotwho (15/8), Ilaya (5/1), Green Light (12/1), Animated Hero (25/1), Another Go (50/1), Barney's Caulker (100/1), Grimthorpe (100/1)
A race that lacks any strength in depth with the race fit BULKOV given a good chance to add to his two previous C&D victories. Ilaya from the same stable will be one to watch in the market and clearly has some ability based on her French form. Whoshotwho may just need this run but with this under his belt looks the sort who may run up a sequence as we come towards the summer jumping season.
