Winner of one of her four starts in this sphere with that success coming on the AW at Lingfield at the end of January. Absent since and more needed in this contest.
Finished runner-up at Doncaster (soft) when making her debut over an extended 2m in January. Dam was a winner on the Flat but probably best watched on just her second start.
Placed over an extended 1m4f in France and off the mark at the first time of asking for this stable when winning a Listed bumper at Market Rasen (heavy) in January. One to note in this contest.
Point-to-point winner and unbeaten in two bumper starts including in a Huntingdon Listed contest on good-to-soft ground in December. Interesting to see how she performs for a stable who do well in this sphere.
Winner at Ballinrobe (yielding-to-soft) on debut in August and caught the eye when finishing runner-up to subsequent Cheltenham winner Relegate in a Grade 2 at Leopardstown (soft) in February. Looks the one to beat here.
Clear when falling in a point-to-point in February and noticeably weak in the market prior to winning a four runner bumper at Sedgfield (heavy) last month. Makes her debut for a new yard.
Made a winning debut on soft ground in a Chepstow bumper last month. Stable have been in good form of late with a 33% strike-rate (2/6) in recent weeks and she is an interesting runner.
Stepped up on Towcester third when winning on good-to-soft ground at Warwick in February. Interesting to see how she performs on her first start in Graded company.
Bidding to complete a hat-trick following victories at Musselburgh (good-to-soft) and last time at Wetherby (heavy). Had a previous winner back in third on her latest start and she is one to note in this contest.
Winner of two of her four starts under Rules, most recently in a Cheltenham Listed contest on soft ground in November. Placed in a similar contest since and represents a leading stable.
Point-to-point winner and made a winning debut under Rules at Doncaster (soft) in January. Held in a Listed contest at Sandown last time and has had wind surgery since.
Southwell bumper winner on good ground in September but well beaten in two subsequent starts and likely to struggle stepping up in Grade here.
Winner of two of her three starts since unseating at Ludlow on racecourse debut. Victorious by a neck at Catterick (soft) last time out but likely more needed.
Dual winner last summer including on soft ground at Perth in August. Fair efforts behind Posh Trish twice subsequently and has a leading jockey booked to ride on her first start since November.
Improving with racing and broke her maiden at the third time of asking when winning on soft ground at Huntingdon last time out. More needed if she's to register a second success here.
Sole defeat in three starts came when finishing second to Ceara Be on the AW at Lingfield in January. Successful on soft ground at Ascot since and wears a hood for the first time.
Winner of a bumper over an extended 2m at Taunton (heavy) on debut last month. Came home 6L clear of her rivals on that occasion and is out of a Listed winner over hurdles.
Debut winner on soft ground over an extended 1m4f at Wetherby in December. Third has won since and she steps up in trip and Grade here.
Victorious over an extended 1m4f at Wetherby (soft) in January but held by Paper Promise on their running over this trip on heavy ground at that track subsequently. More needed.
Made an impressive start to her career when winning a bumper over an extended 1m7f at Musselburgh (good-to-soft) in February. Is a half-sister to Listed winning hurdler Balmusette and may be capable of surprising a few.
Forecasts
Getaway Katie Mai (15/8), Posh Trish (5/1), Dissavril (7/1), Meep Meep (9/1), Duhallow Gesture (10/1), Cedar Valley (12/1), Buildmeupbuttercup (20/1), Midnightreferendum (25/1), Secret Escape (25/1), Zakharova (25/1), Sea Story (28/1), Paper Promise (33/1), Sparkling Dawn (33/1), Princess Roxy (33/1), Kuragina (33/1), Darling Du Large (50/1), Ceara Be (100/1), Maebh (100/1), Rococo Style (100/1), Jaxlight (100/1)
GETAWAY KATIE MAI sets the standard on form and she can register her second career success in this competitive looking Grade 2 event. The selection was possibly unlucky not to win a similar race to this last time out and she is taken to get the better of Zakharova, one of five four-year-old's in this event who impressed when making a winning debut earlier this year while Listed winner DIssavril can get the better of course winner Posh Trish in the race for third.
- Getaway Katie Mai
- Zakharova
- Dissavril
