Off the mark at the third time of asking when winning a bumper over C&D on heavy ground a month ago. Carries a penalty for that success and likely to run well once more.

Unraced son of Multiplex purchased for £32,000 at the sales in May 2015. Half-brother to a couple of winners and worth a check in the market on debut.

Put in a couple of solid efforts in similar races to this at Bangor earlier this season most recently when finishing second on heavy ground there in December. Returning from a break today.

Unraced home-bred son of Black Sam Bellamy out of a winning stayer on the Flat. Interesting to see how he fares on racecourse debut.
Placed twice from three starts to date including when finishing second at Kelso (2m, heavy) last time out. Represents a good yard and is one to note in this contest.
Unraced son of Beneficial purchased for €75,000 at the sales as a three-year-old in the spring of 2016. Half-brother to the stables useful performer Listen To The Man and he is one for the shortlist today.
Unraced son of Presenting out of an unraced half-sister to the useful Donadino. Probably best watched on today's racecourse debut.

Fair form in two bumpers for Liz Doyle in Ireland and recorded his first placed effort when 10L third at Musselburgh (good-to-soft) on debut for this yard. Likely needs to improve if he's to take this however.
Unraced son of Malinas and a half-brother to winner Great Gusto. Probably best watched on debut for a yard who are 0/14 with their bumper horses in recent times.
Unraced Fame And Glory filly bought for €2,800 as a foal. One to consider for a stable who can boast a 20% strike-rate (19/95) with their bumper runners in Great Britain in recent seasons.

Forecasts

Finley's Eyes (5/2), Largy Glory (10/3), Glentrool (6/1), Dr Hooves (6/1), Just Call Me Al (8/1), Copper Coin (14/1), Siannes Star (14/1), Complex Kid (16/1), Macardle (22/1), Cosheston (25/1), Spirit Of Waterloo (66/1), Wagner Klass (100/1)

Verdict

Trainer Dan Skelton has been in the winners of late and his FINLEY'S EYES can make a winning debut in the colours of Paul and Clare Rooney. The selection is a half-brother to winning debutant and is taken to get the better of the experienced Dr Hooves who has run well on all three outings to date. The sole filly in the line up Largy Glory can get the better of previous winner Glentrool in the battle for third.
