Sea The Stars gelding, poor in 1m2f Leopardstown maiden (soft) in August on sole outing for Dermot Weld. Fared little better dropped to 6f at Naas recently on first start for new trainer, back up in journey now.
Nothing positive to take from three maiden runs so far, all over 6f and on testing ground. 100/1 and beaten 23L at Naas 13 days ago, up in trip here but likely one for handicaps in time.
Filly by Dark Angel out of a Roman Ruler mare. Related to Multiple winners, she was easily fended off in a 1m Leopardstown maiden in October on yielding in sole outing to date. Not one to cross off yet.
Not without promise in pair of AW maidens at Dundalk so far this spring over the trip. Going to be facing a very different racing surface this time. Market check reveals more.
Hasn't happened for the filly in 23 starts to date, the promise of some of the early efforts (in 2014) is long gone and the prospect of a very testing surface is further bad news on form.
Maxios gelding. Half-brother to 1m-1¼m winner Nom de Plume, changed hands for £42,000 as a yearling and represents excellent trainer/jockey team on debut. Worth a look.
By Pour Moi, is a half-brother to three winners, including very smart 1m2f-1m4f winner Exosphere. Interesting on debut.
A 15,000 gns Bated Breath colt. Makes racecourse bow for Johnny Murtagh and entitled to go well on pedigree.
Sharmadal gelding took a while to get going on debut at Naas (1m, soft to heavy) and never a threat. Should benefit from that experience and might have more to offer, though pedigree that suggests he'll improve for further in time.

Flat To The Max (6/4), Zayriyan (13/8), Valdus (11/2), Rathbride Prince (8/1), Tomwontlisten (16/1), Johnny Carney (25/1), Torthai An Ghra (33/1), Safaruk (33/1), The Bittern Cry (33/1), Danville Girl (50/1)
Zayriyan made a decent debut recently at Naas for Dermot Weld and must be respected with improvement likely. The suspicion is that he'll be seen to best effect over a longer trip in time and so the newcomer FLAT TO THE MAX is given the nod here for Ger Lyons. He has the champion jockey up and doesn't have to aim too high in pursuing this. Fellow newcomer Rathbride Prince and potential improver The Bittern Cry are others worth paying attention to.
