Horse A-Z
Westerner mare whose dam was placed in a bumper. Nice enough pedigree, but was a cheap purchase and is best watched on this racecourse debut.
Both runs on the AW at Lingfield and the latter effort was an improvement on her debut display. Stable looks to have a stronger contender in It's O Kay.
Daughter of Derby winner Authorized out of a mare who was a winner on the AW and turf. Worth a check in the betting as she makes her debut.

Sent off favourite on both starts at Doncaster and Wetherby and, although beaten on both occasions, that level of placed form sets the standard. Stable also saddles Foxtrot Juliet.
Midnight Legend mare whose dam won hurdles. Only limited promise on debut over C&D in February, but can be expected to do better this time.
Daughter of Kapgarde who cost £24,000 as a three-year-old and is from a winning family over hurdles and fences. Stable does well at this venue, so she is very much one to note in the betting.
Brian Boru filly who is a half-sister to point-to-point winner Wind Tor. Looks a stayer in the making and is unlikely to be pacey enough on debut.

Forecasts

It's O Kay (1/2), Foxtrot Juliet (6/1), Easter Gold (7/1), Midnight Monsoon (14/1), Granny Frankham (16/1), Slaine (20/1), Flying Feathers (25/1)

Verdict

Granny Markham and, in particular, Easter Gold are interesting newcomers, but IT'S O KAY sets a clear form standard and can make it third time lucky. Midnight Monsoon and Foxtrot Juliet can take a step forward after showing some promise.
  1. It's O Kay
  2. Easter Gold
  3. Foxtrot Juliet
