Victorious in a Catterick (3m1f, good-to-soft) handicap chase in November and placed in a Grade 3 contest subsequently. Struggled over 4m last time out and this drop in trip should suit.
Recorded his second victory over fences when winning on soft ground over 2m7f at Taunton last time out. Good effort to finish fourth off this 4lb higher mark subsequently and likely to run well once more.
Still held a narrow lead when falling on soft ground at Fakenham over 3m last time out. Has run well over 3m2f in the past and is an interesting runner today.
Had just two starts this season finishing a well held sixth on the first of those prior to unseating at the first fence at Taunton (2m7f, soft) subsequently. Needs to return to form if he's to take this contest.
Wore cheekpieces (retained) for the first time when winning over 3m at Uttoxeter (heavy) last time out. Similar conditions forecast today and he is one for the shortlist off a 7lb higher mark.
Finished runner-up the last twice including on soft ground over an extended 2m6f at Newbury last week. Races off a 3lb higher mark today.
Some decent efforts in defeat so far this season most recently when finishing 9L fourth at Doncaster (3m, good-to-soft) last time out. Vulnerable to better handicapped rivals today.
Broke his chasing duck when victorious over 3m at Doncaster (soft) in January. Raised 7lb for that effort and making just his fourth appearance over fences today.
Winner at Newbury in January and finished a good second in a 3m contest at Sandown (soft) last time out. Races off a mark 4lb higher than for his latest success.
Recorded his fourth victory over fences when winning on soft ground at Kempton last time out. Raised 5lb for that victory but remains well handicapped on his form of 2017.

Harry Fry's string are in good form at present (5/16) and his representative here BEHIND TIME, a winner at Uttoxeter last time out can register his second victory over fences in this valuable contest. The trip and ground should both suit the son of Stowaway and he can take this with Potters Legend, another to hail from an in form stable can finish runner-up. The drop in trip is in Delusionsofgrandeur's favour and he is taken to finish third today.
