Struggled in the main in point-to-point's and under rules including at Limerick (2m, heavy) last time out. Making his handicap debut today.
Point-to-point winner and ran well to finish third at Punchestown (2m6f, soft-to-heavy) on her penultimate outing. Disappointed on handicap debut last time out however but not written off completely.
Maiden hurdle winner on good ground at Tramore in August 2016 but had just four starts since and probably best watched having finished well beaten at Thurles last time.
Placed twice from nine starts to date including when finishing ½L second in a 2m handicap hurdle at Naas (heavy) last time out. Has also placed at Gowran Park this season and is one for the shortlist today.
Placed in a couple of bumpers this season but struggled on her return to hurdles here last time out. Worth a check in the market now her attentions are switched to handicaps.
Stepped up markedly on previous efforts when finishing ½L second in a handicap hurdle at Cork (2m, soft-to-heavy) last week. Softer surface appeared to suit on that occasion and he remains open to improvement.
Winner of a handicap hurdle at Thurles (2m, soft) last month and fair efforts in defeat in two subsequent starts. Regular pilot on board once more but likely to find a few too good today.
Maiden after 14 starts and well held in a conditions hurdle at Thurles (2m, soft) last time out. Ran well over hurdles including in handicaps last spring/summer and is an interesting runner on her return from a break.
Six race maiden but ran well to finish third over 2m4f here on good ground last September. Absent since disappointing on soft ground later that month and probably best watched on his return to action.
Dual winner but most recent victory came on the AW over four years ago. Struggled over hurdles the last twice and others have a more obvious chance today.

Wild Sam, another maiden in this contest has been running well in defeat so far this season and he can register another placed effort today while the veteran Analyse That can finish third on this occasion.
