Not running badly but does already seem to have found his level in handicaps, but the plus point could be this step up in trip as there's plenty of stamina in the family. Ground will be fine so if improvement is forthcoming, can't be ruled out.
On a good handicap mark these days and entirely possible that the change of yard (first run for Neil Mulholland today) could have the desired effect. Stays fine and handles the ground, so watch the market for a clue as to what's expected.
Finally came good at Sandown last time, finishing with a rattle to get up late in the piece (20f) and as he's got form over 3m, this trip might not be an issue. This is a harder race though, so from 4lb higher he needs to progress again.
Absolutely thrown in on the best of his form but it's been a long time since he showed any of that and simply looks on the downgrade now. Others hold more pressing claims.
Very inconsistent and has thrown in a good run after a bad one before, so don't rule him out simply because he's got two pulled-ups next to his name. Trip and ground fine, reverts to hurdles (which may help) and cannot be ruled out of this.
Trick or treat material lately, two wins and three pulled-up efforts from his last five. Likes it here and won't care however heavy it gets, has had wind surgery since last being seen and if he's on a going day, is capable of causing the surprise.
Close second (to The Model County) over C&D last year but three starts this winter have seen her regress somewhat, and off the back of a poor effort last time, it's not hard to look elsewhere in such a hot heat.
Only had the six starts so possibly capable of better, but he'll need it as he was well beaten in lesser company last time and takes both a step up in trip and grade here. Hard to make a solid case for at present.

If the rain comes this is going to be a real stamina test for these hurdlers, and there's no hiding place for any suspect stayers. It rather goes against the grain to go with horses that ran as poorly as THE MODEL COUNTY did last time but a slog around Warwick in the mud is his thing and the more rain that falls the better. He's had a wind operation since his last run too and he can cause a minor shock. Albert d'Olivate has his first run for a new yard and maybe the change of scenery will spark him back to form. Banco De Logos and Fresh New Dawn have their share of weight but neither can be ruled out.
