Acts well round here (nine-time winner on Fibresand) but he's struggled of late and looks to have a tough task at the weights here. Beaten in a selling handicap last time over this trip he needs to find more here.

Looked as though he might have found some form when returning from a long break but his last two starts have been poor although they have come in better company. His previous efforts on Fibresand haven't impressed though and he's got a stiff task here.

Not the easiest type to get on with and looks a hard ride who has struggled in his last couple of starts. Pulled-up last time with a slipping saddle and his best recent run came in this grade but can race freely and has his first Fibresand experience.

Now with a new yard he's not been seen for a while having been well backed on his last start for his former yard but disappointing. Has some fair form to his name in handicaps in the past but has to prove that he can act on this surface and stay this trip.

A hurdles winner here last time he now reverts to the Flat making his debut for a new yard. Had some useful form on the Flat when trained in Ireland and given his pedigree looks the type who might take to this surface; well weighted.

Unplaced in three bumpers and now makes her Flat debut running on Fibresand for the first time. Would need to make major improvement to take a hand here.

Forecasts

Ladurelli (15/8), Stuccodor (10/3), Fanoulpifer (4/1), What Usain (9/2), The Lock Master (8/1), True Ballew (33/1)

Verdict

Not the most appealing of betting events with several lacking any form here at all but STUCCODOR is well weighted on his old form and did win last time out albeit over hurdles. His ability to handle the track is an unknown but there is some encouragement in the pedigree. Fanoulpifer drops in grade and could take a hand but he has raced freely in the past and that won’t be ideal here and Ladurelli could well hold a bigger danger if he’s ready to go for his new yard after a break. The Lock Master looks to have a stiff task at the weights as does What Usain whose Fibresand form looks a little weak.
