Tralee point-to-point winner who changed hands for £45,000 in June 2017. Made a winning stable/hurdles debut at Warwick last month (2m5f soft) and should prove tough to beat under a 6lb winners penalty.

Modest in bumpers for Will Kinsey, and yet to show any signs of improvement since switching yards and being sent over timber.
Ex Seamus Mullins inmate who jumped deplorably on his hurdles debut at Wetherby in November, and hasn't really figured in a couple of starts since. Back from a break (had wind surgery), and obviously that could prove beneficial.
Cost £45,000 as a three-year-old, and by Blue Bresil is out of a hardy 2m2f-2m3f French winning hurdler/chaser. Shown little promise so far, and absent since early November, having already moved onto a third trainer. Looks the type for handicapping.
No danger to the easy winner Timetobenefit (96-rated over hurdles) when beaten 5L in a 3m Bartlemy point-to-point in May 2016. Bought for £12,000, and given plenty of time off since, with just a sole low-key Newcastle effort posted.

Forecasts

Louse Talk (1/8), Chicago Lady (9/1), Hooves The Daddy (14/1), Birch Bank (16/1), Tekiblue de L'Orme (40/1)

Verdict

A couple of these runners have the potential to improve once sent handicapping, but it's all about the now as far as finding the winner is concerned, and for that you should look no further than the penalised Warwick scorer LOUSE TALK. His odds will almost certainly be cramped, but he stays, handles the ground and appears to jump well as demonstrated when comfortably accounting for a reasonably useful rival in the shape of the Olly Murphy trained Rio Quinto.
  1. Louse Talk
  2. Tekiblue de L'Orme
  3. Hooves The Daddy
