This will only be his third outing for this yard but dropped in the weights he's offered something to work on the last twice. He certainly wasn't affected by the drop back to 5f last time and showed enough there to make him of interest here off the same mark.
Not seen since May when he ran no sort of race at Goodwood when with Bill Turner. Now makes his yard debut switched back to the AW returning from a break although he remains some 9lb above his last winning mark.
Cashed in on a falling mark when winning off a 1lb lower mark at Wolverhampton over 5f in early December but hasn't been in anything like the same form since. Has shown her best form over 5f but her last two runs have been less than inspiring.
Didn't live up to his previous form/expectations when beaten at Chelmsford last time trying to complete hat-trick there over 5f. Could have done just a little too much last time but well drawn here to get in with things but could face some competition for the lead.
Knows his way around this place having won four times over C&D although he's only run once here since recording his last C&D win. Now back down to that last winning mark as he returns to his favourite track having run with a great deal of credit last time at Southwell.
Runs from 5lb out of the handicap here and this grade might just find him out having dropped into a 0-70 last time to pick up the winning thread. He's fairly well exposed now and in all probability this will prove a task that is too tough.
Forecasts
George Dryden (5/2), You're Cool (11/4), Just That Lord (3/1), Brother Tiger (7/2), Red Stripes (14/1), Union Rose (20/1)
A decent little sprint handicap that is likely to be run at a sound pace with a few of these liking to set or sit near the pace. Brother Tiger brings plenty of C&D form to the party and he looks to be working his way back to something like his best of late while You’re Cool will be a danger if he settles better this time around and reproduces the form of his two wins. GEORGE DRYDEN is still well handicapped though and a strongly run 5f looks to be ideal for him and he could well get off the mark for his new yard here.
