A useful mare in bumpers (dual winner, Listed and Grade 2 placed). Not entirely convincing over hurdles so far, but her class saw her through when a winner at Wetherby over Christmas (2m3f+ soft), and she sets a solid benchmark under a penalty.
Runner up on each of her last two starts in bumpers, beaten just under 3L by Eternally Yours at Sedgefield on Boxing Day (latest). Her dam was a winner over this trip, so could do better now going hurdling.
No danger to the easy winner Timetobenefit (96-rated over hurdles) when beaten 5L in a 3m Bartlemy point-to-point in May 2016. Sold for £12,000 later that month and belatedly reappears for new connections under vastly different underfoot conditions.
Took a 2m soft ground bumper on debut at Ayr in November 2016, but hasn't kicked on positively since. Had four attempts over hurdles thus far, and got no further than the fourth on her handicap bow at Doncaster recently.
Caught the eye of the stewards over C&D in November, staying on under hands and heels riding (rider given a 10-day ban) to get within a head of Mary Eleanor. No joy over a longer trip next time, but overall she looks to be a tricky ride.
Won two of her three starts in point-to-points before posting a solid hurdling debut at Ayr (2m heavy). Unexposed, and up in trip, but hails from a shrewd yard so has to be respected accordingly.

PETTICOAT TAILS brings the strongest level of form into this contest, despite admittedly not appearing to be totally at home over hurdles so far. She has a penalty to carry for her gritty Wetherby success, but that's probably largely irrelevant, as she'd more than likely be allocated a future handicap mark which places her more than 7lb in front of these rivals. This galloping track should suit her, and with Richard Johnson aboard, she looks nigh impossible to oppose. Of the remainder, Katy Royal is clearly a tricky ride, whilst My Old Gold should have plenty to offer over this longer trip following a most pleasing hurdles debut at Ayr in December.
