Enrique gelding is a half-brother to three winners, two over jumps in France. Poor here in a bumper last month on rules bow, likely better for the experience however. Hood added now for hurdles debut.

Promising bumper efforts last spring, has not shown a great deal of enthusiasm in novice hurdles at Aintree in November and over this C&D three weeks ago. Plenty more called for on that evidence.

Has been runner-up in two of his three starts over hurdles, including over C&D last month and at Fontwell three weeks ago. Cheekpieces added now and likely to be in the mix again.

Off the mark at the second attempt over hurdles when comfortably landing a heavy-ground maiden at Fontwell (2m1½f) three weeks ago. Made all that day and likely to adopt similar tactics in her bid to follow up over longer trip. The one to beat.

Forecasts

My Dance (8/11), Puppet Warrior (7/4), Flemenskill (8/1), Don't Tell George (66/1)

Verdict

MY DANCE was much-improved under Noel Fehily when posting an all-the-way success at Fontwell three weeks ago. The mare goes up in distance now but should have no issues regarding stamina and is the one to beat amongst this quartet. Puppet Warrior is the principle threat, having finished second over C&D last month and again since at Fontwell. In between he was tailed off against better opposition at Ascot. Having finished second in three bumpers, there are some questions over his stomach for a finish right now, and he may be left with an all-too familiar role. Don't Tell George was green in a bumper here on debut while Flemenskill showed some promise in that sphere, but has yet to transfer that to his jumping in two outings.
  1. My Dance
  2. Puppet Warrior
  3. Flemenskill
