Broke his maiden at the sixth time of asking when victorious on handicap debut over C&D on good-to-soft ground last month. Races off an 11lb higher mark today but remains open to improvement.
Winning for the first time when victorious over 2m4f at Uttoxeter (soft) last April. Making his first start since finishing well beaten at Aintree (2m4f, good) the following month.
Victorious in a novice hurdle over this trip on good ground at Market Rasen in May 2016. Unraced since and making his handicap debut for a stable in good form (7/22) at present.
Disappointing in handicap company since winning a novice hurdle over 2m at Warwick (soft) in March last year. Handicap mark is falling but more needed today.
Finished 13L behind the winner when runner-up at Plumpton earlier this month. Worth a check in the market ahead of today's handicap debut.
Point-to-point winner on yielding ground in Ireland and put in two promising efforts in novice hurdle company so far. Market support would be interesting on today's handicap debut.
Placed twice in novice hurdles on good ground in the autumn prior to pulling up in a competitive contest at Cheltenham (2m5f, soft) on handicap debut. Finished a respectable second in a Class 6 AW handicap last time out.
Point-to-point winner and placed over 2m7f at Bangor (soft) in November. Struggled since including on handicap debut last time and drops in trip on his debut for this yard.
Successful over an extended 2m4f at Plumpton (good) in November but held in two subsequently hurdles outings and likely needs to improve if she's to take this contest.
Placed in a bumper last spring and some fair form since switching to hurdles in recent months. Ground and trip should suit on today's handicap debut and is making his first start since having a wind operation.
Placed over hurdles and fences in 2015 but pulled up in both starts since returning from nearly two years off the track and probably best watched at present.

Cloth Cap (9/4), First Assignment (4/1), Penn Lane (6/1), Early Retirement (6/1), Larry (15/2), Grand Turina (17/2), Natter Jack Croak (10/1), Potters Hedger (12/1), Simply The West (25/1), Tynecastle Park (25/1), Ding Ding (50/1), Classic Tune (50/1)
CLOTH CAP can register a double by taking this competitive looking handicap hurdle under top weight today. The selection was making his handicap debut when winning impressively a month ago and he can defy an 11lb rise in the weights today. The drop in trip can see Early Retirement finish second on his return to action having finished runner-up in a staying hurdle when last racing two months ago while Potters Hedger who has had a wind operation since his most recent outing can finish third on today's handicap debut.
