Theo's Charm15
Age: 8|  Weight: 11-12| J: James Bowen(5)| T: N J Gifford| OR:  137
2/1
Decent third behind subsequent Grade 1 winner Sam Spinner at Haydock in November on very testing ground. Couple of chase outings since, likely best forgotten, and can get back on track with positive show here.

I See You Well30
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-2| J: J McGrath| T: J W Mullins| OR:  127
13/2
Career-best when winning over 2m4f at Plumpton in May on good to firm ground. Hasn't really taken to chasing this season, could go well back over timber and won an Irish maiden hurdle on testing ground so should handle conditions.

Chris Pea Green13
Age: 9|  Weight: 10-8| J: Joshua Moore| T: G & J Moore| OR:  119
7/2
Talented novice chaser once upon a time (2014/15) but has rather lost his way and become something of a temperamental sort. Ran with more purpose for a long way over 2m3f here earlier in the month back over hurdles, may build on that.

Fourth Actt78
Age: 9|  Weight: 10-7| J: H Cobden| T: C L Tizzard| OR:  118WS
15/8
No real positives from seasonal reappearance over fence at Ascot in November, on a potentially lenient mark now switched to hurdles having undergone wind surgery since. Could go well.

Roll Of The Dice26
Age: 6|  Weight: 10-1| J: J E Moore| T: G & J Moore| OR:  112
20/1
Hasn't shown a lot in four starts over timber to date, all but pulled up over shorter trip around here on Boxing Day and must produce career-best effort to get involved now.

Forecasts

Fourth Act (15/8), Theo's Charm (2/1), Chris Pea Green (7/2), I See You Well (13/2), Roll Of The Dice (20/1)

Verdict

Fourth Act is potentially well treated reverting to hurdles having undergone wind surgery and is one to take note of in the betting while Chris Pea Green offered a bit more around here last time and looks the more likely of Gary Moore's pair. Both I See You Well and THEO'S CHARM are reverting to hurdles having struggled over fences lately and they can go well back in this sphere. Despite conceding weight all round, the latter should go very close to taking the spoils if repeating his effort in a Haydock Grade 3 in November behind Sam Spinner, now favourite for the Stayers' Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival.
  1. Theo's Charm
  2. I See You Well
  3. Fourth Act
