Been given plenty of time to develop and shaped with promise at Exeter on New Year's Day. More still required but this is a significant step up in trip, which ought to suit. One to monitor in the betting.

Form over hurdles is a mixed bag but he does have ability and represents a yard that does well with this type of individual. May not have truly appreciated heavy ground latest and possible he's more to offer over this trip. Interesting contender.

Winner on his final start in France and may have been in need of the run when down the field on his British debut at Lingfield in November. Still learning but represents famous colours and a top yard, so market support could be significant.

Form seemed to hit the buffers last season and has reverted to hurdles in a similar vein during this campaign. Goes well here and possible the tongue tie and cheekpieces combination will keep him focused; but others look more convincing.

Hitting form at the right time for this and has to be considered as a leading contender in his current framer of mind. Wouldn't want the ground too soft though.

Relatively lightly raced and has developed into a decent hurdler. Just one run in the last year is a tad off-putting though and, given that he's now on a career highest mark, he may be vulnerable this time around. The betting can guide.

Won here around this time last year and then followed up off this mark at Towcester shortly after. Lost her way a tad since then but obviously back on a workable mark and handy that she likes this course. Place claims if she's back to her best.

Back on a competitive mark and shaped up promisingly at Leicester in December. Needs the cheekpieces to have a similar effect again and wouldn't appreciate too much overnight rain, but not without a chance on these terms.

A good few miles on the clock since his last win and not one to trust implicitly despite being well weighted just now.

Winner of a point-to-point but yet to fire since switching to the professional ranks. Others more convincing.

Took advantage of a good opportunity to win at Catterick last time out but this is tougher and he faces a stiff test from a 6lb higher mark.

Forecasts

Red Danaher (4/1), Robert's Star (5/1), Bright Tomorrow (5/1), Alfie's Choice (11/2), What A Diva (6/1), One Of Us (7/1), Moidore (10/1), Loch Linnhe (12/1), It's Obvious (14/1), Itsnonofurbusiness (16/1), Corlay (16/1), Make Me A Fortune (40/1)

Verdict

ONE OF US scored in good style last time out and, under just a 4lb higher mark, could well take some stopping in this company. Loch Linnhe hasn't stood much racing of late but comes into the reckoning on the pick of his form, while Robert's Star and Alfie's Choice are others that hold similar claims and can make this an interesting scrap for the line.
