Dual winner on the Flat whose first run for his current yard saw him make a wining hurdling debut over C&D, with King Cnut well in arrears. Faces some stiffer opposition this time but is clearly talented and is likely to be hard to beat.
Three-race maiden when trained on the Flat in France by Alain De Royer-Dupre. Well backed when landing a juvenile contest on his hurdling debut and first run for new yard and could be very useful.
French import who makes his debut over hurdles for a new stable. Runner-up in a claimer when last seen in May so will need to improve for hurdles and the fitting of a hood for the first time.
Beaten a long way on both hurdling starts at this track (behind Redicean) and at Sandown. Little chance on the evidence of those displays and may be better off in handicaps.
Fair run on debut in a bumper and improved to chase home a nice sort on his hurdling debut at Newbury. Promising sort and likely to go well, but faces a couple of talented previous winners.
Winning 7f/1m Flat performer on turf and the AW for Michael Bell. Stable/hurdling debut and worth a check in the betting market.
Forecasts
Redicean (8/13), Kapdad (11/4), Vaziani (15/2), Ray's The Money (20/1), By Rail (25/1), King Cnut (150/1), First Quest (200/1)
Kapdad took a big step forward on his second start and looks to have a future, while winning Flat performer Ray's The Money is worth a check in the betting market. However, this may rest between REDICEAN and Vaziani, who both made winning hurdling debuts and looks useful prospects. Narrow preference is for the former, who hails from a stable which does so well with its juveniles.
