Verdict

Not the strongest of bumpers, even for the class, to finish things off. Colby sets the standard from those that have run on his Musselburgh third in November (sent off 28/1) but that was on good ground so he'll have to prove these conditions are favourable. In any case, he should have to improve to get the measure of newcomer WINDSOR AVENUE for trainer Brian Ellison. The yard had success in this sphere with his half-brother Ravenhill Road and the £65,000 wouldn't need to be special to take this. Ask Paddington is another newcomer to note while Snougar may well improve on his first run at Bangor for the McCain team.
