Tried over a variety of distances but best form generally at under 2m4f. Not disgraced at Listowel and twice at Galway in October but disappointed last time out beaten 33L in a Punchestown handicap chase. Worth another chance back hurdling.
Course winner back in February taking care of 17 rivals in a 2m handicap hurdle but well beaten and no impression the last two efforts over both timber and the larger obstacles but claims on best form.
Second-rate performer in four career maiden hurdles well beaten on each occasion - pulling up last time out - vast improvement needed here.
Registered a couple of placed efforts on yielding ground during the summer including when third at Tramore in August. Off the pace in October and again on return earlier this month well beaten on both occasions. Others preferred.
Left three dismal maiden hurdle efforts behind when finishing fourth of 17 beaten 2L on handicap debut at Down Royal on St Stephens Day. Worth a market check with notable jockey booking.
No excuses last time out following seasonal debut when always towards rear eventually finishing 17th of 18 beaten 48L at Thurles. Hard to fancy until he shows a hint of ability.
Successful in a 2m handicap hurdle at Thurles in March for Jonathan Fogarty. Well held since in four starts since but bounced back to form finishing third of 10 beaten 5¾L at Tramore last month. Best form gives him a chance.
Has failed to hit the frame in 11 races over hurdles in a series of dour efforts including pulled up last time out when detached at Limerick. Plenty to prove here.
Toiled in recent races over the last couple of months including 52L and 36L defeats the last twice. Well out of his depth in this company.
Has failed to finish in four of his last five starts and difficult to see what improvement first-time cheepieces will bring.
Forecasts
Misty Millie (4/1), Show And Go (4/1), Rebel Ace (4/1), Coole Craft (6/1), Zipporah (6/1), Rock On Barney (8/1), Miracle Cure (20/1), Flemish Maid (22/1), Auction Reminder (28/1), Paudi The Punter (50/1)
MISTY MILLIE left three dismal maiden hurdle efforts behind when finishing fourth of 17 beaten 2L on handicap debut at Down Royal on St Stephens Day and comes here with Davy Russell in the plate. Zipporah who won here in February is better than her most recent runs and the Henry De Bromhead gelding Show And Go is worth another chance now back hurdling with both possibilities to hit the frame.
- Misty Millie
- Show And Go
- Zipporah
