Won twice here over 2m4f last term but ran a stinker on seasonal reappearance two months ago. Better judged on previous efforts but appears more suited to a longer trip.
Won three times in his native France and only win since moving to these shores came over today's C&D. Goes in testing ground so has prospects if in the mood.
Winning point-to-pointer but had been disappointing until a much improved effort latest at Hexham when runner-up on heavy ground over this trip. Comes into the reckoning if that was no flash in the pan.
Penalised 7lb for win at Sedgefield on Boxing Day, but is in form, handles conditions, and yard has been among the winners during the last few weeks. A leading contender.
Won here over hurdles last February then followed up over fences at Catterick. Ran poorly though at Sedgefield last week and hard to recommend given that below-par display.
Poor ex-Irish gelding who has shown little noteworthy form for the last three years. Still tumbling down the weights but needs a miraculous revival to figure here.
Lost her way since scoring at Hexham in May 2016, but signs of a revival on last two starts for new yard so not completely without hope if building on those efforts.
Forecasts
Titian Boy (3/1), Roxyfet (10/3), Charlie Snow Angel (4/1), Las Tunas (9/2), Sky Full Of Stars (11/2), Sultana Belle (11/1), Why But Why (80/1)
ROXYFET can strike again while the iron is hot having scored at Sedgefield on Boxing Day. He may have most to fear from Las Tunas, who showed his best form previously over this course and distance. Charlie Snow Angel is another to come into the reckoning, along with Sultana Belle who has been running herself back into form of late.
