Beaten 26L by the useful Cloudy Dream when making her debut in a bumper at Carlisle (2m1f, good) in October 2015. Unraced since and making her debut for a new yard today.
Best effort in three bumper outings so far came when finishing 4L second at Wetherby (soft) last time out. A repeat of that effort is likely to see her play a leading role today.
Unraced home-bred daughter of Doyen out of a mare who is a full-sister to the high class hurdler Iktitaf. Represents a stable who can boast a near 27% strike-rate (6/21) in bumpers here in recent seasons.
Unraced home-bred daughter of Millkom out of a point-to-point winning mare. Rare bumper runner for a stable who are 0/3 in these races in recent years.
Defied her starting price when finishing a good 7L fourth of 13 in a bumper at Musselburgh (good) on debut last month. One for the shortlist in this contest.
Finished well beaten when making her debut in a bumper at Kelso (good) last month. Wears a tongue tie for the first time but probably best watched on this occasion.
Placed on all three bumper starts so far including when making her debut for this yard at Southwell (good) last month. Fitted with a tongue tie for the first time today and looks a leading contender today.
Unraced daughter of Alflora and a half-sister to a couple of winners over hurdles and on the Flat. Probably best watched on racecourse debut.
Unraced home-bred Josr Algarhoud mare. Dam was successful three times over hurdles and her small yard have had success in bumpers in recent seasons.
Started favourite prior to finishing 48L fourth in a Wetherby (soft) bumper on debut a month ago. Likely capable of better and interesting to see how she fares on this occasion.
Finished well held on both bumper starts back in April. Both of those efforts came on good ground and she is probably best watched today.
Beat just two rivals home when finishing eighth on racecourse debut in a Carlisle (soft) bumper last month. Others make more appeal.
Forecasts
Jane Lamb (13/8), Birch Vale (11/4), Eternally Yours (13/2), Branston Doyen (7/1), Mini Dreams (9/1), Sammamish (20/1), Tickerty Boo (28/1), Ella's Dene (28/1), Just Call Me Jenni (28/1), Almahoy (50/1), Trooblue (66/1), Inajiffy (100/1)
ETERNALLY YOURS can follow up last seasons highly creditable fourth against geldings on debut at Musselburgh by taking this concluding bumper contest. The selection is likely to have improved for the experience and she can get the better of Jane Lamb who represents Dan Skelton's stable here and who has finished in the frame in each of her three previous starts. Birch Vale put in her best effort when finishing second last time out and she is taken to claim third today.
- Eternally Yours
- Jane Lamb
- Birch Vale
