Very versatile in terms of the surfaces she acts on and well handicapped these days, with her last success coming over 12 months ago from a 12lb higher mark. However, has she lost the bug for racing?
Enjoyed a productive spring on firm ground at Bath, but has lost her way since mid Summer. Effective on the AW, although hasn't visited Kempton yet, and perhaps the hood can help her step forward once more.
A debut juvenile winner over 5f+ at Le Lion-D'angers (soft) in April 2016, but has shown nothing in 2017 after a year off. Switched to the UK now and makes her AW/stable debut wearing a hood.
Has shown she's capable, especially on synthetics. Slipped back to a winnable mark, and nearly profited at Wolverhampton latest (6f) when beaten ¾L by subsequent winner Rapid Ranger. Up 2lb.
Has filled the frame (third) on her last two starts, including on Tapeta at Wolverhampton last month (6f) Useful 7lb claimer in the saddle and that will help to bring some much valued weight off her back.
A shock 28/1 Windsor maiden winner in August (5f), this filly is lightly raced overall. Ran well when third on Tapeta at Wolverhampton latest (5f), and remains on the same mark for her Polytrack debut. More to offer, but trip a slight query.
Given a hefty nudge up the weights after winning by 3L at Wolverhampton in late October (5f), and whilst thereabouts on a couple of occasions since just has the feel of a horse swimming slightly against the tide at present.
Broke her career duck with a gritty success at Yarmouth in July (5f+), and has continued in reasonable shape since. Handles Tapeta, so should be fine on Polytrack, and her riders 7lb claim will be a handy asset.
Forecasts
Lady Cristal (5/2), Cool Breeze (11/2), Pretty Bubbles (11/2), Reedanjas (11/2), Look Surprised (6/1), Toolatetodelegate (8/1), Natalie Express (14/1), Powerful Dream (16/1)
A compact fillies handicap, and therefore not a race for forming strong opinions, but there will be a winner and that could well be LADY CRISTAL. She doesn't win all that often, but is effective on synthetics (6f Newcastle winner), and she shaped well when beaten by a subsequent scorer at Wolverhampton last month, so has a reasonable chance off just a 2lb higher mark. Of the others, the majority look to be in the handicappers grasp, with the exception of Natalie Express (who is an unknown), so perhaps Reedanjas can prove best of the rest.
