97-rated Flat performer in Ireland and made a promising debut over hurdles when 2L winner of a juvenile event at Newcastle earlier in the month. Potentially smart on that evidence and likely to be a leading contender here.
Improved in the summer to win races at Plumpton and Market Rasen and did well again last time when 4L runner-up in Wetherby Listed event. Takes another step up here and can give a good account, although will need to improve to win it.
Won a Ffos Las juvenile contest in October (2m, soft) but limitations exposed when beaten 22L into third at Cheltenham last time out in what was also a Grade 2 event. Needs a fair bit of improvement on that to beat a couple of these opponents.
Rated 84 on the Flat where he won a Catterick handicap over 1m4f (good) in August and stays 1m6f. Half-brother to a 2m hurdle winner but this is a tough task on his hurdles debut.
Made the frame in a couple of juvenile hurdles in France on soft ground but arrived on these shores as a maiden under both codes. Will therefore need plenty of improvement to win a race like this on his British debut.
Showed some promise in France and delivered at the first time of asking in Britain when winning a big field juvenile event at Warwick easily by 10L. Had that race won a long way out and a repeat or better would make him very tough to beat.
