Some mixed efforts in his six starts to date, seems to handle the sand fine and trip isn't an issue, but even best efforts require some improvement. Seen off easily enough in a similar contest at Lingfield last time and makes only limited appeal.
Some hope to be taken from the pedigree, but it does rather suggest that this 6f will be on the sharp side (plenty of winners at 1m-1m4f) and yard not known for first time up winners either. Best watched.
Has been thereabouts on last three starts but hard to say with conviction he's actually improving with his racing and needs to find more on his fourth here from last year. May strip fitter for a recent run and should be on the premises all the same.
Pedigree is a cracker, full sister to the classy sprinter Mecca's Angel and Markaz, trip and surface should be fine but slightly disconcerting to see the blinkers deployed so early in career. Should be thereabouts if not running green.
Sold for £17,000 after showing promise in a couple of starts, first run for new yard tonight and having performed well on debut here, surface no issue. Market best guide after an absence, but cannot be ruled out easily.
Forecasts
Kingofmerrows (11/8), Karijini (2/1), Dirayah (10/3), Canadian Royal (10/1), Fireguard (20/1), Tilsworth Lukey (66/1), Eye Burner (100/1)
Both Kingofmerrows and Karjini bring a reasonable level of form, but it's not unbeatable form, and newcomer DIRAYAH might be able to beat the pair of them on her debut today. If she's inherited a fraction of her sister Mecca's Angel's speed, she could be good enough here.
